AIN/PCW

An Assistant in Nursing (AIN) or Personal Care Worker (PCW), is a trained professional who assists and work under delegation of Enrolled Nurses and/or Registered Nurses to provide care needs of patients/residents. You’ll work closely with patients to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for, and will support the nursing staff in various ways. 

EEN/EN

An Enrolled Nurse (EN)/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse provides (EEN) nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and remain as integral part of a nursing team. ENs/EENs provide nursing support and comfort to patients within their scope of practice co-ordinating with Registered Nurse. 

RN

Registered Nurses (RNs) are skilled professionals who are licensed to provide compassionate and nursing care to patients in a wide range of health care setups like hospitals, aged care facilities, emergency care facilities, general practice clinics, residential homes and so on.
